摘要
采用建筑热环境模拟分析软件DeST-h,对天津地区某非节能、节能多层居住建筑的能耗进行了动态模拟。确定了包括楼梯间及户间传热的非节能居住建筑的两部制热价。
The dynamic simulation on energy consumption of a non-energy-saving and energy-saving multi-storey residential building in Tianjin region is carried out by building thermal environment simu-lation and analysis software DeST..h. The two heat prices for non-energy-saving residential buildings including heat transfer in staircase and heat transfer between households are determined.
