摘要
对某住宅小区的3幢既有建筑进行了建筑节能改造,将既有供暖系统改造成计量供暖系统。改造后供暖期室内平均温度为23℃,与未进行改造的建筑比较,室内平均温度提高8℃,节能33%。
The energy-saving reconstruction of three existing buildings in a residential area is per- formed to reconstruct the existing heating system into a metered heating system. The average indoor temperature reaches 23 ℃ during heating period after the reconstruction. Compared with unreconstructed buildings, the average indoor temperature of reconstructed buildings increases by 8 ℃, and the energy saving is 33%.
