摘要
分布式变频泵供热系统是指在热力站换热器一次侧回水管上设置回水加压泵,代替阀门完成流量调节的供热系统。分布式变频泵供热系统中存在零压差点,该点供回水压力相等。采用变流量调节时,存在定零压差点和变零压差点两种运行调节方式。采用定零压差点运行调节方式时,供热系统在整个供暖期的各种工况均属于相似工况,运行调节较为简单,输送能耗也较小。
The heat-supply system with distributed variable tern in which the flow rate is regulated with return-water pressured frequency pump is a heat-supply syspump, instead of valve, set at return water pipe on the high-temperature side of heat exchange in substation. In the heat-supply system with distributed variable frequency pump, there exists a zero pressure difference, at which supply and return water pressures are equal. When the regulation is performed by variable flow rate, there exist two operation regulation modes with fixed zero pressure difference and variable zero pressure difference. When the operation regulation mode with fixed zero pressure difference is used, the different regimes of the heatsupply system during the whole heating period are similar with simpler operation regulation and smaller energy consumption for transmission.
