摘要
探讨了鸡卵白蛋白(OVA)致敏的BALB/c小鼠经过OVA雾化吸入刺激后,其支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中EOS数量的变化。结果发现,以OVA10μg腹腔注射3次,间隔2周,然后给予5%OVA雾化吸入20min,每天1次,共6d,BALF中EOS数可达(9.67±0.80)×108/L.认为这是一种较理想的气道过敏性炎症模型。
This study described the changes of the eosinophil(EOS)counts in the bronchoalveo-lar lavage fluid(BALF)obtained from ovalbumin(OVA)-sensitized BALB/C mice.It was foundthat there was a severe eosinophilia in BALF(9. 76±0.80)×108/Lafter the mice were sensitizedwith 3 intraperitoneal injections of OVA(10μg per animal),and were then challenged with anaerosol of 5%OVA for 20 min, once a day for 6 days.This method produces an ideal allergic in- flammatory airway model.
