摘要
分析了火电厂凝汽器管结垢的危害,除垢清洗的现状和方法;着重介绍了使用机器人进行在线清洗的新技术和2种形式机器人的简单结构,通过实例对使用这一技术进行可行性和经济性研究。
Harms caused by scales deposited on condenser tubes of fossil fuel-fired power plant are described, together with an introduction to the status and ways of how such scales are currently removed. A new technology about on-line scale cleaning with robots is presented in detail, in which two types of robot structures are roughly introduced. Moreover, feasibility study and economic analysis of this technology are performed using actual examples.
