摘要
凝汽器在线能效评估方法可以实时计算凝汽器的清洁因子和背压损失,并用其评估凝汽器效率。使用凝汽器在线能效评估方法分析某电厂循环水化学品方案调整对凝汽器能效的影响,并指导药剂方案和操作优化。结果表明:使用凝汽器在线能效评估方法可以在保证凝汽器效率的基础上降低高浓缩倍数下的凝汽器结垢风险,帮助电厂实现高节水目标。
The condenser online performance evaluation method can calculate the cleaning factor and back pressure loss of the condenser in real time, and use it to evaluate the condenser efficiency. The condenser online performance evaluation method was used to analyze the impact of circulating water chemical scheme adjustment on the energy efficiency of condenser in a power plant, and guide the optimization of chemical scheme and operation. The results show that the condenser online performance evaluation method can reduce the risk of condenser fouling under high concentration factor on the basis of ensuring the efficiency of condenser, and help the power plant achieve the goal of high water saving.
