汽轮机冷凝器水垢问题与自动清洗技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过定量计算论证了汽轮机冷凝器管内水垢问题对于保障发电机组运行效率的重要性 ,阐述了自转纽带技术的水垢自动连续清洗及其冷却强化的工作原理。人工污垢模拟清洗试验表明足以满足汽轮机冷凝器的连续清洗能力要求 ,试验实测的冷却强化幅度在 10 %左右。举例计算了 12 5MW机组冷凝器采用自转纽带清洗技术的经济效益将高达每年数百万元。 In this paper,the authors explain the importance of keeping the heat transfer surfaces clean in condensers of steam turbines as to maintain efficient operation through quantitative calculation. It proposed the structural principle of self cleaning fouling deposit continuously with plastic twisted strips and by heat transfer enhancement. By the stimulated experiments of artificial fouling, it is proved that the cleaning ability is enough to meet the requirement of continuously cleaning fouling of condensers in power plants. The efficiency of improved heat transfer is tested and reaches about 10%. The economic profit is estimated millions yuan. Every year, if the condensers for the generating units of 125 MW is equipped the self cleaning technology with self rotating plastic twisted tapes.
