摘要
基于近年来环境污染事故对社会造成巨大危害这一事实,为应对环境污染事故,众多企业都制定了应急预案,笔者分析了重庆市部分化工企业制定的环境污染事故应急预案,指出了其中存在的问题和不足之处,并有针对性地提出了一些建议。
In recent years, the grave harm of the environmental pollution accidents to the society has attracted extensive attention. In order to deal with emergency accidents of environmental pollution, many enterprises have compiled emergency plans. This paper analyses some emergency plans for pollution accidents compiled by chemical enterprises in Chongqing explores the existing problems and proposes countermeasures.
