摘要
论述了重大事故应急计划组成及其十大要素 ;介绍了制定企业事故应急计划的程序方法 ;针对我国现状 。
Components of emergency response plan for major accidents and its 10 elements are described. The formulating procedure of emergency response project for enterprises is introduced. In accordance with the present situation, a suggestion to establish the rescue system for major accidents is put forward.
