丹参对移植小肠微循环的保护作用 被引量:4

The protective effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza on microcirculatory permeability of small bowel graft

摘要 目的观察保存液中加入丹参对低温保存小肠微循环的保护作用.方法杂种猪12只,随机分成2组,对照组(n=6),供肠采用Eurocolins(EC)液保存;丹参组(n=6),EC液中加入丹参注射液(20mg/L),二组供肠均4℃保存24h后自体移植.观察移植小肠组织损伤和肠粘膜伊文思蓝渗出量(微循环通透性).结果再灌注05h丹参组肠粘膜组织损伤评分低于对照组(320±042vs465±055,P<005),微循环通透性(μg/g湿重)较低(13675±0542vs20406±0459,P<001).结论丹参能有效地抑制低温保存小肠微循环通透性的增加,减轻血管内皮细胞损伤. AIM To investigate the effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM) on microcirculatory permeability of small bowel graft in a swine segmental small bowel autotransplantation model. METHODS Twelve outbred pigs were divided into two groups. In control group ( n =6), graft was preserved with Eurocollins (EC) solution; and in SM group ( n =6), graft was preserved with EC solution containing compound SM in jection (20ml/L). The graft was autotransplanted after 24 hour storage at 4℃.Scores of tissue injury and mucosal containment of Evan (microcirculatory permeability) were studied. RESULTS The recipient survival rates were 60% (control group) and 100% (SM group), respectively, at 30min after reperfusion, and scores of tissue injury (3 20±0 42 vs 4 65±0 55, P <0 05) and microcirculatory permeability (in μg/g wet weight) (13 675±0 542 vs 20 406±0 459, P <0 01) in graft were significantly lower in SM group than that in control group. CONCLUSION SM can attenuate endothelial cell injury of graft and reduce microcirculatory permeability.
