摘要
对某型离心泵机组进行振动测试,在测试数据基础上研究机组振动与截止阀开度之间的关系,发现截止阀50%开度时,该型离心泵的振动最小。分析机组的振动特征频率及其幅值随着截止阀开度变化的情况,指出离心泵振动所引发的舰艇辐射噪声贡献最大的特征频率。提出如何降低该型离心泵轴频、倍轴频以及如何减小泵内压力脉动和冲击的建议。
Based on the vibration test data, the relationship between the vibration of the centrifugal pump and the valve opening is studied. It is found that the vibration of the pump is at the lowest when the valve opening is 50%. The vibration characteristic frequencies of the centrifugal pump and the variation of the frequency amplitude according to the valve opening are analyzed , the frequencies which have the most contribution to the radiated noise are pointed out in succession. The improved measurements of how to reduce the shaft frequency and the double frequency of the pump and how to lower the pressure pulsation and shock in the pump are presented. At the end, the summarization is carried out.
