摘要
对涡轮泵轴系运转时的跳动量及稳定性对产品可靠性的影响进行了研究。通过对不同频率下的轴系跳动量的对比以及对轴心轨迹的研究发现,轴系的整体刚度与主要零件的松脱转速是影响转子系统动力特性稳定的主要因素,轴系的支撑方式和质量分布与转子的振型、径向跳动量密切相关。通过改变轴系状态可以提高转子系统的动力稳定性,减小轴系的径向跳动量,使转子的振型合理,从而提高涡轮泵的可靠性。
The effect of the pulsation and stability of a running turbopump sharing on system reliability is investigated. It is found that the total rigidity of the sharing and the loosing rotating speed were the main factors influencing the system, and the sharing support and mass distribution were closely related with the vibration mode and the radial pulsation of the rotator. The methods to improve the turbopump reliability are presented.
