FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF STEADY AND TRANSIENT IMBALANCE RESPONSE OF THE ROTOR SYSTEM

摘要 转子系统在启动的过程中通过共振区时常常会产生很大的振动。利用有限元法对多自由度转子一轴承系统的临界转速,以及稳态和瞬态不平衡响应进行了分析,研究了该转子一轴承系统的瞬态振动特性,讨论了转子转速和启动加速度等参数对转子系统振动的影响。计算结果为降低旋转机械系统启动过程的振动问题提供了一定的理论参考。 A very serious vibration will be gener- ated during the transient start-up of rotor sys- tem when the rotor passes through resonance ar- ea.In this article,an analysis on the critical speeds,transient and steady imbalance response of a multi-degree rotor-bearing system during start-up is made by finite element method (FEM).The transient vibration characteristics and the effect of acceleration and rotated speeds of rotor are discussed.From the calculated re- suits,some theoretic considerations for reducing the vibration amplitude of the rotary machinery during start-up is put forward.
