摘要
战略联盟理论是关于企业之间进行合作的理论,且发展较为完善,从初期的产品联盟发展到现在的知识联盟或称技术联盟。随着经济科技一体化和全球化的发展和深入,国际科技合作越演越烈,成为各国政府和科研机构提升自身科研水平和核心竞争力的有力途径。笔者研究发现,战略联盟理论尤其是知识联盟理论与国际科技合作之间有着密切联系,知识联盟理论作为指导国际科技合作有着独特之处,可以弥补国际科技合作相关理论的不足。本文对知识联盟理论进行了深入分析,以期对我国国际科技合作提出相应的对策与建议。
The theory of strategic alliance is about the cooperation between enterprises. It developed from products alliance to now which is called knowledge alliance or technology alliance. With the integration and globalization of economy and S＆T international cooperation in S＆T increases fast. It is core competitiveness of governments and scientific research organizations and also an important way to raise the level of research ability. The theory of strategic alliance especially knowledge alliance has close connection with international cooperation in S＆T. The theory of knowledge alliance has uniqueness while guiding international cooperation in S＆T, which could compensate for the inadequate theory of international cooperation in S＆T. The text had a study the theory of knowledge alliance, hoping to give some suggestions and countermeasures on international cooperation in S＆T of China.
