图书馆职业生涯的开发与管理,是图书馆事业不断发展的需要,也是图书馆留住人才、人尽其才的有效手段。本文从个人和组织两个方面分析了图书馆进行职业生涯开发与管理的必要性和实施途径。
Development and management of librarian profession career is requirement of library continuous development and effective method of keeping talent and utilizing talent. In this article, the author analyzes the significance and the execution of librarian profession career development and management from both individual and organizational aspects.
