摘要
研究了在微酸介质中 ,Cd(Ⅱ ) -KI -TritonX 1 0 0体系的极谱行为 ,该络合吸附波的峰电位为 - 0 72V(vs SCE) ,Cd(Ⅱ )的浓度在 2~ 30 0ng/mL范围内与峰高呈线性关系。用于直接测定硫酸镍、硫酸锰和硫酸锌中的镉。方法准确、简便、精密度高 ,选择性、稳定性良好 ,相对标准偏差小于 4% ,回收率均在 98%~ 1 0 2 %。
The polarographical behavior of Cd(Ⅱ)-KI-TritonX 100 system in acidulous medium has been studied. The peak potential of absorption wave of the complex is -0.72V (vs. SCE). The peak height is linear with Cd(Ⅱ) concentration in the range of 2~300 ng/mL. This method is of high accuracy, simplicity, better selectivity, good stability and has been applied to the determination of cadmium in sulfates (of nickel, zinc and manganese). The relative standard deviation is less than 4%. The recovery is between 98% and 102%.
