摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定加味五子衍宗丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法采用LichrospherC18色谱柱,乙腈-水(30∶70)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,,检测波长270nm,柱温为30℃。结果淫羊藿苷在0.208～2.600μg范围与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率100.86%,RSD=0.71%(n=6)。结论该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于加味五子衍宗丸的质量控制。
Objective To establish the method of content determination of icariin in Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Pill. Method The HPLC method was used to determine the content of icariin from Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Pill. The analysis was carried out on Lichrospher C18 column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile-water （30 ： 70） as mobile phase, flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min and wave-length at 270 nm at 30℃. Results The liner range of icariin was 0.28-2.60μg with a correlation（r） of 0.9999. The recovery was 100.86% with RSD of 0.71%. Conclusion The method had good reproducibility and sensitivity to determine the content of icariin from Jiawei Wuzi Yanzong Pill.
