摘要
目的探讨慢性化脓性中耳炎(胆脂瘤型和/或骨疡型)手术的远期疗效。方法总结2001年1月～2004年1月,经3年以上随访的86例开放式乳突根治加I期鼓室成形术病例,分析其优、缺点及远期疗效。结果开放式乳突根治鼓室成形术远期听力较术前听力气导提高17dB,远期复发率为4.7%。结论开放式乳突根治鼓室成形术远期疗效较好,复发率低,值得临床合理选择应用。
Objective To study the long-term effect on chronic suppurative otitis media （cholesteatoma or granulation tissue）. Methods Summarizing 86 cases of radically curing open-circuit mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty on stage 1 and studying their long-term effect as well as advantages and disadvantages, all of who were treated from 2001 to 2004 and followed up for more than three years. Results The aerial conduction of the long-team acoustic sensibility raised 17dB compared to pre-operation and the rate of long-term relapse was 4.7% after the radically curing open-circuit mastoidectomy with tympanoplasty. Conclusion It is worth properly applying in clinic because its long-term effect is quite good and the relapse rate is low.
