摘要
目的探讨完壁式乳突根治-鼓室成形术治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎(胆脂瘤型或骨疡型)的手术方法及治疗的远期疗效。方法总结分析了1999年～2001年间经3年以上随访的28例完壁式乳突根治-鼓室成形术的优缺点及远期疗效。结果较术前听力气导提高30dB的为14.3%,20dB的为42.9%,10dB的为17.8%,保持原有听力的为25.0%。胆脂瘤复发率为10.7%。结论完壁式乳突根治-鼓室成形术对全面清除病灶,重建听力,同时保存耳部正常形态有重要意义。
[Objective] To discuss the surgical interference and its long-term results of chronic suppurative otitic media treated by intact canal wall mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty. [Methods] We discussed the results in 28 cases of intact canal wall mastoidectomy and tympanoplasty followed up for 3 years. [Results] 14.3% of patients had a hearing gain more than 30 dB, 42.9% more than 20 dB, 17.8% more than 10 dB and 25.0% had no hearing gain. The cholesteatoma recurrent rate was t0.7%. [Conclusion] Intact canal wall technique is a satisfactory method for treating chronic suppurative otitis meida.
