摘要
以绢云母为添加剂来改善钢结构防火涂料的性能。研究了偶联剂改性绢云母的过程,以及改性云母对钢结构防火涂料的耐火极限、耐水性能、粘结强度的影响,通过扫描电镜观察了绢云母在基体中的分散状况。研究表明,使用8%的JSC偶联剂改性后的绢云母具有较好的分散性;与不添加绢云母的钢结构防火涂料相比,绢云母的添加量为12%的钢结构防火涂料的性能有较大的提高,其耐热极限由96℃提高到121℃,耐水极限由28 h提高到47 h,粘结强度由0.45 MPa提高到1.44 MPa。
The performance of fireproof coatings for steel structure were improved through addition of modified mica. The modification process of mica and the influence of modified mica on improvement of the performance of fireproof coatings, such as the fireproof limit, water resistance and adhesion were discussed in detail. The dispersing of modified mica in binder were investigated by SEM. The results indicated that the mica modified with 8%JSC coupling agent show better dispersing performance than unmodified product. The of fireproof performane of coatings was improved largely when added with 10 - 12% of modified mica. The fireproof limit was increased from 96℃ to 121℃, water resistance was improved from 28 h to 47 h, and adhesion was improved from 0.45 MPa to 1. 44 MPa.
