摘要
研制了一种可在潮湿环境中使用,火灾发生时无有害气体产生的环保型隧道防火涂料。涂料的粘结强度为0.4MPa,耐水性大于20d,烟气毒性达到AQ1级。按ISO834曲线升温,涂层厚度13mm时,耐火极限达到3.5h;按碳氢曲线升温,涂层厚度20mm时,耐火极限达到3.0h。为防止涂料加水拌和后沉淀分层,增加涂料的和易性,研制了一种分散剂。产品已工业化生产并应用于一些标志性隧道工程。
Based on the introduction to the theories of tunnels, tunnel fire design codes both at home and abroad and fire behaviors of enforcement concrete structure, the authors have developed an environment-friendly fire proofing coating which can be used in damp surroundings without triggering any noxious gases in fire. The bonding strength of the coating is 0.4 MPa (tested by the GB 14907—2002), the water-repellent capability should be greater than 20 d (tested by the GA 98—1995) with the toxicity of its fire effluents reaching AQ-1(tested by the GA 132—1996) . The duration of the fire resistance reaches 3.5 h when the thickness of the coating is 13 mm(tested by the fire curve of ISO 834), duration of fire resistance reaches 3.0 h when the thickness of the coating is 13 mm (tested by the fire curve of H-C). In order to avoid the isolation of the coating and increase its feasibility, a dispersant has been developed by the authors. The products we have manufactured in the factories and have already been adopted in some big engineering projects.
