摘要
作者研究了一种新型钢结构防火涂料的制备方法.实验证明:采用丙烯酸树脂为主成膜物,磷酸三聚氰胺为脱水碳化剂,配以适量的成碳剂、发泡剂所制备的超薄型防火涂料,在涂层厚度为2.68mm的条件下,其耐火极限可达96min,且实验表明,涂料各组分的含量对涂料性能具有明显的影响.
The fireproofingdope for steel structure is the key material which protect steel structure buildings from collapse in fire.A number of fireproofingdops have bewen developed in China and abroad.However,these dopes bear disadvantages of non cheapness and poor fireproofing capability.The authors introduce the production method of a new type of fireproofingdope. In this method, the superthin dope is made by using acrylic acid resin as its main membrane, phosphoric acid melamine as its dehydration charcoal medicament matched with suitable amount of char medicament and froth medicament. Under the thickness reaching 2.68mm, it is found the limit of endurance heat can gets to 96min. The experiment also indicates that the content of the dope's compound has a obvious influence on the dope's capabilities.
