摘要
阐述了植物组织培养快繁中褐变、玻璃化、污染和移栽成活率低等问题出现的原因,提出预防和控制措施。
In plant tissue culture and rapid propagation, there are many problems such as browning, vitfifiation, pollution and low survival rate of transplant. In this paper, the reason of these phenomenon is studied and some counterplans are proposed.
