资产管理是现代高等院校一项系统的管理工程,为了科学、有效地解决资产管理存在的问题,提高资产使用效益,高等院校应该实现资产管理与财务管理相结合,资产管理与预算管理相结合,建立制度化监管系统和信息化资产管理系统。
The assets management is a systematic management work in the modern colleges and universities. For solving the existing problems of assets management effectively and scientifically, improving the benefit of assets, the colleges universities should realize not only the combination of assets management and finance management, but also the combination of assets management and budget management, to establish the institutionalized supervision system and the information assets management system.
