摘要
本文针对高等院校国有资产管理信息化这一议题,阐述了高校国有资产管理信息化的必然性和紧迫性,提出了实现高校国有资产管理信息化应遵循的原则和必须解决的问题,进而对实施高校国有资产信息化改革的效益进行了分析。
As for the topical of informationization of state - owned assets management in colleges, the article discusses its necessity and exigency, and also raises the rules which should obey to and the problems which must be solved. Furthermore, it analyses benefits of informationization reform.
