摘要
本文从新形势下固定资产的来源特点出发,深入分析了当前高校固定资产管理的种种弊端及现实影响,在此基础上,把固定资产管理置于深化教育体制改革的时代背景下,并结合我国市场化进程,对管理的意识、制度、平台、队伍以及监督机制等五个方面进行了全面的探讨,力图构建起适应时代发展需要,为建设一批世界一流大学服务的新型管理模式。
Starting from the characteristics of the fixed-assets sources under new situation,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the defects in current universities＇ fixed-assets management and reality influences;on the basis of this,it puts the fixed-asset management under the background of the times of deepening the reform of educational system;combining with the process of marketization in China,it comprehensively probe into the management consciousness,system,platform,team and supervision mechanism etc.,the five aspects trying to build up a new management mode meeting the needs of the times development and serving the construction of a batch of world-class universities.
