大孔吸附树脂分离纯化葛根总黄酮的研究 被引量:68

摘要 目的 研究大孔吸附树脂分离纯化葛根总黄酮的工艺 ,为葛根总黄酮的工业化生产提供实验依据。方法 采用D1 0 1 型、D2 0 1 型、AB 8型 3种大孔吸附树脂对葛根总黄酮进行吸附纯化 ,以总黄酮收率、纯度为考察指标综合评价。结果 D1 0 1 型、D2 0 1型、AB 8型大孔吸附树脂吸附 3种方法中静态饱和吸附量以干树脂计分别为 1 1 3 .5 ,1 33 .1和 1 33 .9mg·g- 1 ;静态脱吸附率分别为 75 .6 % ,66 .7% ,94.2 % ;以 70 %的乙醇为洗脱剂洗脱率最高为 92 .4 % ;AB 8型吸附树脂饱和吸附 洗脱量为 82 .0mg·g- 1 ;稳定性实验中第 1 1个周期总黄酮收率为 91 .3 % ,纯度为 86 .0 %。结论  3种纯化方法中 ,以AB 8型树脂综合性能最好 。 OBJECTIVE: To establish a technical process for the purification of total from flavones Radix Puerariae. METHODS: D101, D201 and AB-8 types of macroreticular adsorbents were used to separate and purify total flavones. The adsorption ratio, the elution ratio, product purity and yield were compared. RESULTS: The static adsorption capacity of the three types of macroreticular adsorbents were 113.5, 133.1 and 133.9 mg&middotg-1 respectively. The static elution ratio were 75.6%, 66.7% and 94.2% respectively. The dynamic adsorption capacity of AB-8 type was 82.0 mg&middotg-1, and the adsorption ratio was more than 85% after repeating use 11 cycles. CONCLUSION: The AB-8 type macroreticular adsorbent showed better comprehensive adsorption property. It can be used to purify the extract of Radix Puerariae.
