摘要
目的建立珍珠滴丸中甘草酸含量的测定方法。方法采用Hypersil C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-1%乙酸(33∶67),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0mL/min,柱温40℃。结果甘草酸的进样量线性范围为0.41~1.2μg,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.92%,RSD为1.71%(n=6)。结论该方法灵敏度高、准确、快捷,结果可靠,可作为珍珠滴丸的质量控制方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Pearl Dropping Pill. Methods The separation was performed on Hypersil-C18 column with acetonitrile-1.0% acetic acid (33:67), The detection wavelength was at 250 nm with the flow rate of 1, 0 mL/min, The column temperature was 40℃, Results The linear range of glycyrrhizic acid was 0.41 - 1. 2 μg. The average recovery rate was 99, 92% ,and RSD was 1.71%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable with a high sensitivity,which can be the foundation for the quality evaluation of Pearl Dropping Pill.
