摘要
在大学校园中,教师对大学生负有重要的教育责任。教师在大学校园文化建设中的作用,除了知识的传授,还有人格的培养和价值观的塑造等。但目前大学校园文化建设中没有充分发挥教师的作用。本文从充分尊重教师、加大教师学术管理的力度、让教师与学生多接触、树立教师典范四个方面提出了高校教师促进大学校园文化建设的对策。
The paper holds that university teachers have not fully played an role as a teacher in the campus culture building at present. It puts forward the countermeasuies that the teachers can promote the campus culture building in colleges and universities from the four aspects.
