摘要
高校校园文化建设的水平与思想政治教育工作者综合素质的提高是相互渗透、相互促进、共同发展的。高素质的思想政治教育工作者对建设校园文化起着特殊重要的作用,而建设校园文化的同时也能促进思想政治教育工作者自身的全面发展。
The construction of campus culture in institutes of higher learning goes along with the improvement of the comprehensive quality of ideological and political teaching staff. On one hand, the high-quality ideological and political teaching staff play an important role in building campus culture, on the other, by doing so, they promote their own development.
