摘要
为探讨健康新生儿出生早期血清CRP动态变化及其意义,用激光散射分光浊度法测定了100例健康新生儿,首次检测始于生后3~6小时,随后每天至少二次,至生后7天。结果表明健康新生儿在生后36小时,CRP出现峰值,随后逐渐降低,其水平与分娩过程应激反应和胎盘运转等因素有关,足月新生儿CRP水平高于早产儿,不同性别和出生体重之间CRP水平无显著差异。不同于健康新生儿出生早期之CRP生理曲线,生后48小时CRP仍持续高值即提示感染。
A laser nephelometer has enaled us to measure C-reactive protein with a higher sensitivi-ty in a short period using a minimal amount of bolld(approximately 20 us ). With this equip-ment. repeated measurements of CRP an the bedside in day can be performed easily. In thisstudy, serial changes in CRP values were evaluated in 100 health newborn infants. In all in-fants. CRP values increase for up to approximately 36 hour after birth,and gradually decrese.THis elevation in CRP values in considered to be a physiological reaction which reflectsstress during the birth process. In Normal term infants, CRP values significant higher thanthat of premature byby. There is no significant different in CRP value between different sexand birth weight. Recognition of the changing pattern of CRP was very useful in excludinginfection and minimizing unnecessary antibiotic therapy.
