摘要
目的 :为了解 C-反应蛋白与感染的关系。方法 :采用全自动激光速率比浊技术检测 CRP,并比较 CRP和 ESR、WBC在感染中的变化。结果 :本组对 80例感染病人进行观察治疗 ,从而证明 CRP对感染的敏感度均优于 WBC和 ESP。结论 :CRP是人血清中非抗体性蛋白质 ,是由肝细胞合成。由于其对炎症反应的敏感度高 ,故在外科工作中检查可及早发现感染并指导用药 。
Objective The final puvpose is to understand the relation between C-Reaction protein(CRP)and inflammation.Method With the method of Auto Laser nephotechonology,determine CRP and compare he changes of inflammation with ESR and WBC.Results This researching group has eighty infected patients under observation and treament which proved CRP’s susceptibility for inflammation is higher than WBC’s and ESR’s.Conclusion CRP is a non-antibody protein in the human being serum being composed by liver.Because of CRP’s higher susceptibility for inflammation,we can use CRP earlier to find inflammation and direct doctors to utilize drug.In this antibiotic misuse,bacterium variability and drug tolerance can be avoided.
