摘要
宣威或金华火腿上的螨类主要是粉螨科（Ａｃａｒｉｄａｅ）酪螨属（Ｔｙｒｏｐｈａｇｕｓ）中的腐食酪螨（Ｔｐｕｔｒｅｓｃｅｎｔｉａｔ）．其它种类还有肉食螨等．
The mites on Xuanwei and Jinhua ham are mainly Tyrophagus putres-centiae which belongs to Tyrophagus ,acaridae. Other kinds are cheyletus etc. The strain S-368 streptomyces have better effect on preventing and curing ham mites.
