β-环糊精包合乳结消散片中降香挥发油工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究乳结消散片中降香挥发油的提取工艺和β-环糊精(β-CD)的包合工艺。方法采用正交实验法考察提取工艺,以挥发油提取率作为评价提取工艺的指标;用正交试验考察包合工艺,以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率作为评价包合工艺的指标。采用紫外分光光度法和差示热分析验证包合物。结果挥发油的最佳提取工艺为降香饮片加10倍量水,浸泡2 h,提取6 h;β-CD最佳包合工艺为β-CD与挥发油的最佳包合比例为8 g∶1 mL,包合温度60℃,包合时间2 h。结论所选提取工艺提油率较高,包合工艺使液态变固体,减少了挥发油的挥发,便于制粒压片且稳定性好,适合于大生产。 Objective To study the optimum condition of extraction and inclusion process for the volatile oil from Ligni Dalbergiae Odoriferae in Rujiexiaosan tablets. Methods Orthogonal design was used. The ultimate ratio of oil from the herb was used as the index of extraction technology, the ratio of inclusion and the oil-bearing from the inclusion was used as the index of the inclusion process. The inclusion compound was identified by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results The optimum condition for extraction and inclusion was: 10 times of water, soaking for 2 h, and extractionfor 6 h. The proportion of β-CD and oil was 8 g : 1 mL, and the temperature and time were 60℃ and 2 h, respectively. Verification test showed that there was difference in the ultraviolet spectrophotometry and DTA of β-Cyelodextrin inclusion,β- CD, oil and physical mixture of them. Conclusion High ratio of oil is obtained. The method can transform liquid into solid to decrease the volatilization of the oil so that we can easily prepare and produce β-CD on a large scale.
