摘要
针对影响包合物的因素,用正交设计法优选降香挥发油-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺条件。优选出包合工艺条件是:降香挥发油β-环糊精投料比1:8(重量比),40～60℃范围内,搅拌时间2h。
The factors of inclusion complex were influenced through optimally selecting the prepapring technique conditions of Delbergia odori ferae Oil-β-CD indusion complex by orthogonal design. The technique conditions of inclusion optimally selected out included: The stock-used ratio of Delbergia odorifeoae Oil to β-CD was 1:8 (w/w), the strirring time was two hours at the circumstance of 40℃-60℃.
