摘要
优选萸连止泻丸中吴茱萸等挥发油的提取工艺和β-环糊精包合工艺。方法：采用L9（3^4）正交试验法，以挥发油回收率为指标，优化β-环糊精包合工艺。并通过薄层色谱和差示热分析验证包合前后挥发油成分的变化。结果：挥发油最佳提取工艺为加14倍量水，浸泡至透心，提取6h；混合挥发油B一环糊精最佳包合工艺条件为：挥发油：β-环糊精（1：8），包合温度为45℃，包合时间为45min。薄层鉴别显示包合前后挥发油主要成分前后一致。结论：优选出的工艺稳定可行。
To optimize the condition of the process for mixture extraction of the volatile oil and the preparation of β-CYD inclusion compound of Yulianzhixie pills. Method： The weight of the volatile oil was used to evaluate the mixture extraction process, L9 （34） orthogonal design was used to optimize the inclusion process. The quality of inclusion compound of volatile oils were analyzed by TLC and differential scanning calorimetry （DSC） before and after being included. Result： The best volatile oil extraction condition was to add 14 folds water into the crud drugs, and to reflux for 6 hours. The optimum inclusion condition was as follow： the proportion of β-CYD to volatile oilin was 8： 1, the inclusion tempreture was was 45℃, and the inclusion time 45min. TLC and DSC showed that the main contents of the volatile oil before inclusion were the same as the ones after inclusion. Conclusion ： The best condition of the process are available and stable.
