人胎胰腺内胰岛淀粉样多肽和胰岛素免疫反应细胞的个体发生 被引量:5

ONTOGENY OF IAPP AND INS IMMUNOREACTIVE CELLS IN HUMAN FETAL PANCREAS

摘要 为了探讨人胎胰腺IAPP-与Ins-IR细胞的个体发生及其分布与共存,应用免疫组织化学PAP法,对22例11~30周人胎胰内IAPP-和Ins-IR细胞进行定位研究。结果显示,11周人胎儿胰内已可见到IAPP-IR细胞单个散在,Ins-IR细胞较多,未见IAPP与Ins共存的细胞。16周以后,IAPP-IR细胞逐渐增多,或散在分布,或三五成群。与邻片比较观察,可见到IAPP与Ins定位的细胞相应,但IAPP-IR细胞数量仍较Ins-IR细胞少,且免疫染色较弱。至30周,在邻片同一胰岛内可见较多IAPP和Ins定位相同的细胞。研究结果提示,在胎儿期胰岛细胞已开始合成IAPP,并与Ins共存于B细胞,但IAPP与Ins两者在表达时序上有差异。本文还对IAPP与Ins在胎儿胰腺内共存的意义进行了讨论。 In this study,the islet amyloid polypeptide(IAPP) immunoreactivity(IR)cells of 22 human fetal pancreas from 11 to 30 weeks of gestation were investigated with immunohistochemical PAP method.The ontogeny of IAPP IR cells and the coexistence of IAPP with insulin in pancreas were explored.The results showed that,at week 11 of fetal age,the islets differed in size with fewer scattered IAPP IR cells and more insulin IR cells.From week 16 of gestation.the number of IAPP IR cells gradually increased.At the same time,it was also found that the location of IAPP IR cells was partly in agreement with that of insulin IR cells.When compared with insulin IR cells in the same one islet,IAPP IR cells appeared fewer and their immunostaining was weaker.At week 30 of gestation,the more coexisting cells for IAPP and insulin were found.The results indicate that during the human fetus,IAPP were synthesized and coexisted with insulin in B cells,but both IAPP and insulin were different in their gene express order.The significance about the coexistence of IAPP with insulin in fetal pancreas was disscused in this paper.
