大鼠生后发育期间胰岛胰多肽细胞与胰高糖素细胞免疫组织化学双重染色观察 被引量:3

摘要 用免疫组织化学双重染色法,在一张切片上同时显示胰岛PP细胞与A细胞。观察生后发育期间大鼠全胰PP细胞、A细胞和PP-Glu共存细胞的形态、分布和数量。结果表明,PP细胞突起可伸达A细胞,PP和Glu在胞质内共存呈分散或分区两种形式,胰岛可分为PP细胞型、A细胞型和PP-A细胞型,PP细胞和PP-Glu共存细胞的计数表明,在生后7天最低,28天最高。 PP cells and A cells were simultaneously displayed on one and the same slice with a double-imm-unohistochemical technique. Observation was made on morphology, distribution and prportion of PP cells, A cells and coexis-tant PP-Glucagon cells of rat pancreas during the development after birth. PP cells were seen to giveoff long cytoplasm processes closely contacting with A cells; Coexistant PP-Glucagon cells showed twoforms, the two substances were dispersed or seperated in the cytoplasm. There were three types of islets,PP cells type, A cells type and PP-A cells type; PP cells and PP-Glucagon cells showed a minimum in7-day group and maximum in 28-day group.
