摘要
用免疫组化PAP法,显示胰岛IAP-和Ins-IR细胞,观察大鼠实验性胃溃疡自愈期间胰岛IAPP-和Ins-IR细胞的形态计量变化。溃疡第4~14天,胰岛IAPP-IR细胞的面数密度明显升高,第21和28天基本恢复正常;而Ins-IR细胞的面数密度,在溃疡第6和10天显著下降,第28天基本恢复正常。提示胰岛B细胞内IAPP和Ins以不同的方式参与了溃疡自愈过程的调节。
he changes of islet IAPP-and Ins-IR cells during experimental gastric ulcer in rats were observed by imniuno-histocliemical PAP method, and analysed by morphornetry.It was shown that the numerical density on areas ofislet IAPP-IR cells increased significantly during 4-14 days after inducing ulcer; then returned gradurally to normallevel on the 21th and 28th day. However,the numerical density on areas of islet Ins-IR cells decreased obviouslyon the 6th and 10th day,and was back to normal level on the 28th day.These results indicated that IAPP and In-scoexisting in islet B-eells changed contrary each other during ulcer healing.The present work suggests that IAPP andIns may participate in the regulation of the healing process of gastric ulcer.
