摘要
本研究应用生物力学方法,小型压力传感器和我国人体尺寸特点的有关参数,建立了卧位颈部受力的生物力学模型,结合肌电积分方法分析卧位不同枕高及方式下,颈椎受力情况。结果显示,在正常群体中,枕高9cm时人体颈椎受力相对较小,颈部IEMG值较低,而在颈部有支撑时颈椎受力更小。建议:正常群体中枕高9cm颈部有支撑最为适宜。
A biomechanical model of neck in sleeping posture based on body size and other parametersand pressure sensor was established. Combining with the integral analysis of EMG, the force onneck has been measured and studied in different heights and pattern of pillow. The results showedthat both the force on neck and the IEMG values were lower when the pillow height was 9cm fornormal adults. And the force on neck and the IEMG values would be the lowest if a support wasadded under the neck. The results indicated that keeping 9 cm pillow height with a support underthe neck is more suitable during sleeping posture for normal adults.
