摘要
通过后入路手术,用电阻应变片对低头位成年家免的C_(3-6)。颈椎的应变进行了在体测量,分析了低头坐姿家免不同时期的X线改变及其与应变的关系。作者认为,颈椎能否产生骨质增生与该颈椎所受应力改变的机率、应力改变的幅度及应力的作用时间有关。在诱导骨质增生中,拉应力比压应力更重要。建议人们每次低头工作时间少于某一极限或虽大于该极限但累积作用时间不长,有利于预防颈椎病。
Using resistant strain gauge, we measured the strains located on the process articular inferior of C_(3_6) in vivo by operation aproached posteriorly when an adult rabbitts neck was being flexed. The relationship between strain and the findings of X-ray flats films is analysed We believe that the hyperplasia of the cervical vertebrae is determined by the fact,if the stress on this cervical vertebrae is easy to change, and its range and its time at work are related. We found that the tention is more important than compressure. If our necks flex for short time at work each time or the total time of flexing isntt very long, the cervical spondylosis can be prevented
