摘要
12只SD大鼠被随机分为对照组和实验组.在低压氧舱内模拟8000m高空飞行,来探讨高空飞行对大鼠血浆、淋巴细胞、肝脏中主要热应激蛋白(HSPs)——HSP27和HSP70水平的影响。结果发现与对照组相比,实验组大鼠血浆HSP27含量明显增高(P<0.01),而HSP70含量略微增高,但无显著性差异(P>0.05);大鼠淋巴细胞HSP27、HSP70均明显增加,但以HSP70含量增加更为明显(P<0.01),大鼠肝脏HSP27、HSP70均显著增加,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。这些结果提示HSP27、HSP70在抗低压缺氧中可能有一定的作用.
12 SD rats were randomly divided into control and exposed groups. Effects of simulated flightat low atmospheric pressure on the main heat strees protein--HSP27 and HSP70 of rats'plasma,lymphocytes and liver were studied. The results revealed that compared with the controls,rats'plasma HSP27 in exposed group was significantly increased (P < 0. 01 ), however, plasmaHSP70 was only slightly increased without significant difference (P>0. 05). HSP27 and HSP70 ofboth lymphocyte and liver were significantly increased. These results indicated that HSP27' andHSP70 might play some roles in antagonism to low oxygen caused by low atmospheric pressure.
