摘要
在008~010mol/LHCl介质中,溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在下,Zr(Ⅳ)与5′_硝基水杨基荧光酮(5′_NSF)发生显色反应,形成1∶4的桔红色络合物,λmax=540nm,ε为146×105L·mol-1·cm-1,Zr(Ⅳ)含量在0~05mg/L符合比尔定律。方法用于氧化铝及陶瓷釉料中锆的测定,结果与ICP_AES法相符,RSD(n=5)在13%~37%。
In the present of CTMAB, zirconium(Ⅳ) reacts with 5′_nitrosa ̄licyl_fluorone (5′_NSF) and forms a molar ratio of 1∶4 orange_red complex. The maximum absorption of the complex is at 540 nm and the molar absorptivity is 1.46×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s laws obeyed in the range of 0~0.5 mg/L for Zr(Ⅳ). A spectrophotometric method based on this chromogenic reaction has been applied to the determination of zirconium in procelain glaze and fused cast refractory Al 2O 3. The results are in good agreement with those provided by ICP_AES with precision of 1.3%~ 3.7% RSD( n =5).
