摘要
新试剂5′-硝基水杨基荧光酮(5′-NSF)在CTMAB胶束增溶下与锗(Ⅳ)产生灵敏反应,适宜酸度为1.0~3.8mol/L H_2SO_4,λ_(max)=514nm,表现摩尔吸光系数为2.25×10~5,线性范围为0~3μg/25mLGe(Ⅳ),是水相中光度法测定锗的最灵敏体系之一。本法具有高选择性,对锌矿和海洋锰结核中的痕量锗可以不经分离,直接测定。
A highly sensitive color reaction of germanium (Ⅳ) with 5'-nitrosalicylfluorone (5'-NSF) and surfactant CTMAB has been investigated spectrophotometrically. The germanium complex has a maximum absorption at 514nm in 1.0~3.8mol/L H_2SO_4 medium with a molar absorptivity of 2.25×10~5L. mol^(-1). cm^(-1). Beer's law is obeyed for 0~3μg of germanium per 25mL solution. This simple and rapid method is highly selective and has been successfully applied to the determination of germanium in ores without separation from the accompanying elements.
