摘要
研究了在阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲胺 (CTMAB)存在下 ,5′-硝基 -水杨基荧光酮 (5′-NSF)分光光度法测定钛的最佳显色反应条件 ,发现在 0 .0 1 2~ 0 .0 2 0 mol/L的盐酸介质中 ,钛与试剂形成 1∶ 4的紫色三元配合物 ,最大吸收峰在 5 99nm,表观摩尔吸光系数 ε=1 .3 6× 1 0 5,钛量在 0~ 8μg/2 5 ml范围内符合 Beer定律 ,配合物在 4h内保持稳定 ,显色反应灵敏 ,选择性较高 ,应用于合金钢中微量钛的直接测定 ,取得了满意结果 .
A new photometric method has been developed for the determination of Ti with 5′ Nitrosalicylfluorone(5′ NSF). In the presence of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB),Ti (Ⅳ) reacts rapidly with 5′ NSF to form a ternary micelle complex in 0.012~0.020mol/L hydrochloric acid medium.The apparent molar absorptivity of the complex is 1.36×10 5L·mol -1 cm -1 at 599 nm ,and the composition ratio of Ti(Ⅳ): 5′ NSF is 1:4. Beer′s Law is obeyed for Titanium(Ⅳ) in the range of 0~8μg/25ml. The proposed method is sensitive and selective, which has been applied to determine the trace amounts of titanium in alloy steels with satisfactory results.
