摘要
通过对科技竞争力内涵的分析和科技竞争力评价指标体系的构建,发现东北三省科技竞争力逐渐提高,东北三省在科技竞争力方面的排名依次是辽宁、黑龙江、吉林。研究发现,2003年是一个明显的分界点,2003年以后,三省科技竞争力提高的速度明显加快,这说明振兴东北战略取得了较为明显的效果。但是,东北三省在科技竞争力方面呈现出的分层现象需要引起重视。
Through to the connotation of the technicalcompetitive power and the construction of technical competitive power appraisal target system,we discovered that the science and technology competitive power of three provinces gradually enhances, the technical competitive power in turn were Liaoning, Heilongjiang,Jilin.The research discovered that,2003 was an obvious threshold： After 2003, the science and technology competitive power of three provinces enhanced more quickly.This explained that the ＂ Promoting Northeastern Province＂strategy obtained a more tangible effect. But, the stratification of 3 provinces which presents in the technical competitive power need to be paid more attention.
