摘要
本文以西部大开发为背景，从科技竞争力入手，比较分析了我国东西部科技竞争力构成要素之间的差异，并提出提高西部地区科技竞争力的对策建议。
In this paper, with the Great Western Development as the background, the authors study and compare the competitiveness of science ＆ technology in East China ＆ West China． At last, this paper comes up with some suggestions on how to improve the competitiveness of science ＆ technology in the West China．
