摘要
企业创新力与控制力的辩证统一是我国企业持续成长的基本要求。以我国企业的持续发展为着眼点,对企业的创新力和控制力问题进行多角度的理论阐释,并尝试提出两力辩证统一耦合互动的机制及其创新方法。
The harmony and unification of innovation and control for enterprises is a basic request for their sustainable development. We recognize sustainable development of Chinese enterprises as an objective point in this article, give a multi-angle theory explanation about the problem of innovation and control, and attempt to propose the coupling interaction mechanism with harmony and unification between innovation and control and their innovation methods.
