摘要
领导理论的发展,目前仍缺乏将领导者的素质和情景因素结合起来进行研究。从危机这一特定情景出发,通过领导者的素质对领导绩效的作用分析,为不同危机情景下领导者的选拔提供了参考与依据。从实证的角度证明了基于情景的领导者素质理论研究的正确性和必要性。
Development of leadership lacks the research, which combines leader traits with their working situations in contingency theory. In this paper, the authors research the correlations between leader performance and traits under the certain crisis, then provided some reference for the selection of leaders under different crisis situations. Thus, it proves the correctness and necessity of theoretical research on leader traits based on situations.
