研制了一种水泵微电机噪声在线自动检测台,检测装配线上的洗衣机排水泵微电机噪声水平.介绍了该检测台的噪声检测原理,硬件组成,基于LabVIEW的软件设计及检测台的功能.
An automatic testing device is designed for testing the noise level of the micro-motor of the drain pump in a washing machine on the assembly line. This paper introduces the theory of the noise testing, the hardware configuration, the program based on LabVIEW, and the function of this device.
